Mesh belt, bracket and lift introduction:

Smoke exhaust system:

The side of the hood is equipped with a smoke outlet, which can discharge the oil smoke produced by the fried products in the frying machine into the pan (the smoke pipe is equipped with an anti-combustion oil smoke purifier, the smoke hood is brought by the customer to the smoke pipe on the wall of the workshop and the range hood).

Bottom scraping system:

It can clean the residue at the bottom of the pot body in time, and the scraping mesh with frequency conversion speed can adjust the scraping speed according to the amount of residue. Scraping is one of the best designed in the frying machine industry, using a full scraping mesh belt, the material is SUS304 stainless steel. Scraping belt is divided into scraping slag and slag two parts design, the use of side slagging method, is also our unique product, so that the food residue produced in the frying process does not go through high temperature, will not produce carbonization, black oil phenomenon. Equipped with a slag truck and a drain frame. Effectively remove residue from the frying process in the pan.

Automatic alarm system:

When the oil temperature is higher than the set value, the system automatically alarms to remind the user to check the reason for the high temperature of the equipment as soon as possible, prevent and avoid safety hazards such as fire in advance, which greatly increases the safety factor of the use of the equipment.

Automatic replenishment system:

When the oil level is lower than the setting interface, the oil float transmits the instruction to the control system through the solenoid valve, and the electronic control system immediately controls the oil refill device, and supplements the oil level to the setting interface to prevent the occurrence of fire caused by the oil level being too low, which greatly increases the safety factor of the equipment.
