Fully Automatic 2 Cavity PET Bottle Blow Moulding Machine

NC series fully automatic bottle blowing machine is the most stable two step blow down equipment of our factory, from one cavity to six cavity, the maximum is 5L,suitable for blowing PET, PP crystal forming kind raw material any shape carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles, wide diameter bottles, high temperature resisting bottles and other plastic container.

5.Adopts heating by infrared tubes, can heat thoroughly and evenly, the  draft cooling system can guarantee the perform heating and container mouth stable cooling. PLC control the temperately segmently, heating tunnel is designed reasonably, can turnover, can adjust by front and back,up and down. The perform heating center distance is small, with fast heating speed, can save 40% comparing the normal heating system. The perform enter the heating tunnel, the neck points to up. Because there've high efficiency heating tunnel draft cooling system, the bottle neck an axis will not be heated heavily, even the thick perform or high efficiency products can be cooled eventually, avoid crystallization. To ensure the yield during the blowing, the heater places an important role of measuring the quality of machine. This machine heater structure adopts the most advanced international infared heating technique. The temperature control adopts automatic reveal, closed loop adjustment mode.

6,The checking components adopts the Japanese Omron electric, the electric control adpots world famous electric, with stable performance, can reveal exactly

8,Can install many different kinds of blowing craft parameter, when changing different mould and perform, can readjust the statistics from computer,easy operation

9.Adopts Germany, Japan, Taiwan pneumatic components, ensure the machine with low problem 

10,Have the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast speed switch ,low problem,stable and safety operation. The whole machine adopts standard Anti-vibration structure, can reduce the vibration to the lowest when high speed operation,enrich  the life of spare parts

11,Air passage design the action and blowing air with two parts,t o ensure the different action with different pressure when blowing bottles.

12.Adopts doublecrank shaft, main connecting rod linkage with strong clamping force, have the function of mould close boost pressure when high pressure blowing bottles, the action stable and reliable

13. The moving parts of opening and closing mold adopts high speed inline guide track, have the characteristics of high durable, high speed no shaking when opening and closing mold
